Individual therapy

Therapy explores patterns and their origins, and focuses on concerns relating to mental health, relationships and finding meaning. Treatment is tailored to the reason for seeking help and the personal situation.

Approach

After an initial meeting in Rotterdam, clients decide whether they want to continue. Sessions last 75 minutes; online therapy is also available.
