Stichting Vipassana Meditatie Rotterdam organises group meditation at De Heuvel building in Rotterdam. The foundation holds weekly meditation evenings and usually a meditation day or weekend each month.

Meditation programme

Every Wednesday evening, there is an open evening for people with experience in Vipassana meditation or mindfulness. Usually, a meditation day or weekend with an experienced guide takes place on the first weekend of the month.

Who it is for

The Wednesday evenings are intended for people with experience in Vipassana meditation or mindfulness. Participants with meditation experience can sign up for evenings for newcomers.

Location

The meetings take place on the fifth floor of De Heuvel building, at Grotekerkplein in Rotterdam.

Costs and dana (voluntary donation)

Participants can pay per visit or arrange a quarterly membership fee. For meditation retreats, the requested contribution covers the direct costs; participants can also contribute dana at their discretion towards the meditation instruction.
