Approach

During conversations, Lydia Maathuis chooses techniques suited to the request for help, the goal, the person and their wishes. Each programme is tailored; on average, five to eight conversations of one to one and a half hours are needed. Conversations take place at a familiar location agreed together, for example at home, in a neutral place or outdoors in nature.

Payment and appointments

A coaching programme can be paid for privately or, if applicable, by the employer. With a WLZ indication (Dutch Long-Term Care Act eligibility), reimbursement through a personal budget may be possible. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours in advance; after that, one hour is charged.
