About One Movement - Oud-Mathnesse

One Movement offers freerunning classes in the urban gym at Bulgaarsestraat in Oud-Mathenesse, Rotterdam-West. Children train weekly in age groups and practise freerunning techniques at their own level.

Freerunning classes

Classes start with jumping, landing, rolling and swinging. Children then practise vaults, flips and tricks; everyone trains at their own level.

• Group ages 7–9: Tuesday 17:00–18:00
• Group ages 10–12: Tuesday 18:00–19:00
• Advanced group ages 12+: Tuesday 19:00–20:00

Approach

Movements are practised on mats first and built up step by step. Resilience, respect, discipline and freedom are central.

Classes take place indoors at Bulgaarsestraat 40 in Oud-Mathenesse.

Practical information

You can sign up for a trial class using a short registration form. The first class is free and there is no obligation; after that, you can choose a subscription. There are no classes during school holidays or on public holidays.

About the trainer

Classes are taught by founder Laurens Hofman, who has more than 13 years of freerunning experience and is a certified instructor.
