Coaching

The individual sessions are tailored to the personal support question. A programme consists of five sessions with goal-oriented NLP exercises, meditation techniques and practical actions between sessions.

The Deepdive takes place in Sweden and combines coaching with time in nature. Participants can go walking, do yoga and relax, among other activities.
