The emergency clinic is by the ‘Emergency Department’ entrance of Erasmus MC in Rotterdam. Dental365 can be reached by phone 24 hours a day for emergencies; between 22:30 and 08:00 only for acute emergencies.

Fees and payment

Emergency treatments are charged according to the statutory dental rates. Payment is due immediately after treatment; the invoice can be submitted to the health insurer afterwards.

• Reimbursement depends on the (supplementary) insurance

Cancelling an appointment

An appointment for the same day or within 24 hours can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge within 30 minutes after it is made. Cancellations must be made by phone; if cancelled later or if you do not attend, the reserved time may be charged.

Emergency care for children

For children under 18, basic health insurance covers various dental treatments. The invoice for emergency treatment must first be paid and can be claimed from the insurer afterwards.
