About 13Volt Rotterdam

13Volt is a training studio in Rotterdam. It offers, among other things, Biocircuit, EMS training, oxygen therapy and Sportvasten (a Dutch sports and fasting programme), with personal guidance and training by appointment.

What’s offered

The training is aimed at getting fitter and stronger, losing weight or achieving a firmer body. Biocircuit uses smart machines that adjust to the athlete’s body, level and goal.

How it works

Training takes place by appointment. Guidance is personal, and 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 training sessions are available. EMS training combines electrical muscle stimulation of the whole body with functional exercises.

Oxygen therapy

With EWOT, extra oxygen is inhaled during exercise. According to 13Volt, the training can be done with 15-minute exercises a few times a week.

Sportvasten (a Dutch sports and fasting programme)

Sportvasten is a 10-day training method based on exercise, juice fasting and dietary supplements.

Practical information

The studio describes itself as a private gym with a functional layout and a warm environment. Before and after exercising, there is an opportunity to socialise at a large table; coffee and water are provided.
