GoStronger is a training company in Rosmalen offering bootcamp, personal training, corporate bootcamp and Rots & Water lessons. Bootcamp takes place outdoors several times a week.

Training

Bootcamp sessions combine cardio and strength elements, with exercises at different levels. Training includes exercises using body weight, dumbbells and kettlebells.

Corporate bootcamp

A corporate bootcamp lasts one hour and can take place at the company’s location or at a location chosen together. The day and time are agreed on together.

• Minimum 10 people
• Maximum 20 people

About the trainer

Tim Verstegen is a trainer and physical education teacher at a practical secondary school in ’s-Hertogenbosch. He completed the physical education academy and then trained as a fitness instructor.
