Psychologenpraktijk van Bokkem is a psychology practice in Roosendaal and Amersfoort. The practice takes an experience-based and solution-focused approach, using a treatment plan to reduce complaints and improve quality of life.

Approach

The practice works with different therapeutic frameworks and evidence-based methods. Usually one or two intake sessions are needed; psychodiagnostic assessment also takes place, often using questionnaires.

Registration and treatment

You can register by email, on your own initiative or usually after referral by a GP or another care provider. After the intake, the practice gives treatment advice and draws up a treatment plan and agreement together with the client.

Involvement of people close to the client

The client's partner and/or family or wider support system can be involved in treatment or evaluation. A session usually lasts 60 minutes.

Reimbursement

Psychological care is partly reimbursed according to the policy terms. A referral letter from a GP or company doctor referring the client for GGZ (Dutch mental healthcare) is required for reimbursement under the basic insurance policy.
