Praktijk LevF provides psychomotor child therapy in Rijswijk. The practice works with children and young people up to and including age 18, and their families.

Psychomotor child therapy

During therapy, children have the opportunity to gain new positive experiences and process negative experiences through movement and play. The therapy focuses on strengths, abilities and further development.

Therapy process

The process starts with a free introductory meeting and an anamnesis (medical and personal history) meeting with parents or guardians. After assessment and advice, an individual treatment plan can be drawn up; the treatment phase takes place weekly.

Costs and reimbursement

The practice uses rates recommended for arts therapies by Vaktherapie Nederland. Some health insurers partially reimburse the therapy through supplementary insurance for alternative medicine. Payment can also be made through a personal budget or youth care rates.
