About A I R - Ademcoaching

A I R – Ademcoaching is based in Rijsoord. Belia Visser-Staat offers breathing therapy and guidance using the Energy Control Methode, in which breathing is measured and analysed.

Breathing therapy

The guidance focuses on breathing differently and doing breathing exercises. Breathing is measured so that the effects of the exercises and therapy can be seen.

Approach

During the first session, a medical history form is completed, blood pressure and oxygen saturation are measured, and a measurement is taken over twelve minutes. The values are analysed and discussed, after which breathing therapy follows.

Exercises and follow-up

The breathing exercises discussed are done at home several times a day. Depending on the complaints, a follow-up measurement takes place after one or two weeks.

Method and practice

A I R – Ademcoaching uses the Energy Control Methode and is affiliated with the ECM network. The air in the practice is filtered with an air purifier from Vibrix.
