Well-linked is the practice of counsellor and coach Erna Waal in Purmerend. Support focuses, among other things, on grief and loss, work-life balance, relationships and dealing with stress.

Counselling and coaching

Counselling is a short-term form of individual psychosocial support; coaching is a structured, goal-oriented process. Programmes are tailored and may include in-person or online appointments, phone calls and training.

Support helps people with personal and work-related questions and with setting goals and steps. Support is also available for managers and organisations dealing with grief at work.

Approach

A programme consists of an initial meeting, follow-up appointments and an evaluation. Aftercare can be added as a fourth phase; a one-off advice session is also available.
