Waterland English School organises language and communication courses for businesses and individuals in Purmerend and the surrounding area. Its offerings include English, Polish and Dutch for non-native speakers.

Courses and training

The school provides courses in small groups and offers in-company training, private lessons and lessons for specific professional groups. The teaching method emphasises conversation, with attention to grammar.

Polish at work course

The course focuses on speaking and understanding Polish in everyday situations and communicating with Polish colleagues. Lessons last 2 hours and consist of 12 to 15 sessions.

Locations and introduction

Regular courses are held in Purmerend, Monnickendam and Hoorn. Special courses and private lessons can take place in Purmerend, at the student’s home or at the office. An introductory meeting or preliminary assessment is free and carries no obligation.
