Approach

After an initial, no-obligation introductory meeting, an application form and intake meeting follow if appropriate. A course of treatment is recorded in a treatment plan with goals and methods; progress is evaluated regularly.

Practical information

The practice is located at Falconstraat 31 in Purmerend and also offers online appointments. A GP referral is required for reimbursement under Basis-GGZ (Dutch basic mental healthcare).
