The coaching consists of a personal plan and remote guidance. The client trains independently at home or at their own gym.

Approach

• Online Coaching, Zilver: weekly 30-minute video call, training and nutrition plan, check-in, WhatsApp contact and up to 3 technique checks per week.
• Online Coaching, Goud: two video calls per week, training and nutrition plan, weekly analysis, unlimited voice and video messages and technique checks.
