About Senszu - Stress Coaching Groningen

Senszu - Stress Coaching Groningen offers holistic stress coaching from a home-based practice in Peize. Conversations also take place at a centrally located venue in Groningen; by arrangement, they can be held at the workplace or at home. Senszu also offers coaching and workshops for organisations.

Private coaching

The coaching is aimed at highly sensitive people and focuses on underlying emotions, needs, and the connection between body and mind. Topics include stress, burnout, meaning in life, and problems at work.

Approach

A session lasts an hour and is partly prepared in advance. There is room to bring up topics; accessible exercises may be set as homework. A course usually consists of four to ten sessions, on average every two weeks, with an evaluation halfway through.

About the owner

Gerlanda describes herself as having lived experience and as an officially recognised counsellor. In coaching, when needed, she brings in the past when addressing long-term behaviour change.
