Praktijk Welzijn.nu is Annette de Vlieger’s practice, with activities in Dordrecht and Papendrecht. The practice offers body-oriented self-help methods and supports physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Physical well-being

The Epiphora Methode and MELT Methode are self-help methods in which participants learn to notice their bodies and do exercises themselves. Herstel & Ontspan combines MELT, Epiphora, yoga, relaxation and mindfulness, among other things.

Emotional well-being

For emotional well-being, the practice uses NEI and Se-REM. Se-REM is an EMDR-based self-help exercise that can be done at home.

Spiritual well-being

The practice is based on non-duality. This takes shape, among other ways, in forest bathing at ECOBOBO bostuin and meditative flower arranging through Ikebana-Kado.

Herstel & Ontspan

The weekly group class is for people with chronic stress, pain, shoulder and neck complaints and other discomforts. The first class is free of charge; classes take place on Fridays at De Munt in Dordrecht.

Practical information

Visits are by appointment only. From 1 september 2026, the practice location is listed as Willem de Zwijger College in Papendrecht; through 31 augustus 2026, it is Stichting Buitenzinnig in Dordrecht.
