Inner Joy - Coaching is a coaching practice in Oudkarspel. The support focuses on the Epiphora Methode, breathwork and changing limiting beliefs.

Epiphora Methode

The method consists of movements, postures and breathing exercises that are done at home every day. On average, the client learns the exercises in three sessions.

• Epiphora Methode one-to-one: three sessions of 1.5 hours, with an instructional video and written exercises
• Epiphora Workshop: three workshops for up to three people, with sessions of 2 to 2.5 hours

The method focuses on complaints and recovery, with blood circulation and the removal of waste products from the brain at its centre.
