About Doderer Hondenschool

Doderer Hondenschool provides practical dog training in the Leiden and Leiderdorp region. The training focuses on the bond and communication between dog and owner, using positive reinforcement methods.

Training and courses

There are group classes, private training sessions, and an online course. The offerings range from puppy training and behaviour and obedience training to dog sports, tracking, and workshops.

Approach

Doderer Hondenschool uses positive reinforcement methods to encourage desired behaviour. New participants in a group class first schedule an intake, except puppy owners with a puppy aged 9–14 weeks.

For dogs

All dogs are welcome, from puppies to seniors and from pedigree dogs to mixed breeds. The puppy course is suitable for puppies from 9 weeks old.

Location

The puppy course takes place at the dog training grounds in Ghoybos, in the Leiderdorp, Leiden, and Oud Ade region. Private training can take place at a location and time of your choice.
