About P-Studio

P-Studio is a Pilates studio in Oss. The studio follows the original Romana’s Pilates method and offers private lessons and small group classes on Pilates apparatus.

Method and approach

P-Studio follows Joseph Pilates’ original method and has the apparatus he developed. Classes are calm and controlled, with a focus on strength, control and suppleness. Exercises can be adapted as needed, including for injuries.

Classes

Private lessons are for one person with one instructor and use all the apparatus. Duet, trio and quartet classes are for two, three or four participants with similar experience or ability; quartet classes use most of the apparatus.

Pass card

Pass cards with different balances are available. A pass card is valid for one year from the date of purchase; refunds are not possible.

Practical information

Classes can be scheduled by appointment, subject to availability. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the class; after that, the full amount will be charged. Payment is made in advance of the class via a payment request.

• You are welcome in the studio from 15 minutes before the class starts.
• Assistance dog Calin is in training at the studio.

Training and experience

The instructors were trained and certified by Marjorie Oron (Pilates Level X) and train with her weekly. P-Studio has been in existence for over 16 years.
