Qi Centrum is a practice for acupuncture and dietary advice based on the Chinese 5 Elements in Oostknollendam. The practice also offers Qi Gong classes and treatments at home.

Treatments

In addition to acupuncture, moxa, cupping and guasha may be used. The first appointment includes a medical history, pulse and tongue examination and usually a treatment.

Qi Centrum gives private and group Qi Gong lessons. Group lessons take place at a location in Wormerland.

The dietary advice is based on the Chinese 5 Elements. There is a course of three consultations or a single consultation.

Approach and location

The first acupuncture treatment usually lasts 1 to 1.5 hours; follow-up treatments last about one hour. Treatment at home or another location is possible within Zaanstreek-Waterland.

Appointments can be made by phone or through the contact form. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours in advance; payment can be made by card or cash.
