Coaching for children is for children and teenagers aged 4 to 18 who could use support. The guidance is tailored to each person and may also include parents.

Anneli supports highly sensitive children and adults who find their high sensitivity difficult to cope with. The guidance focuses on areas including insight, boundaries, emotions, balance and self-confidence.

Approach

The process begins with an informal introductory meeting and intake. This is followed by sessions, an interim review and a closing meeting; a follow-up can be arranged by mutual agreement.
