About BrandNew Coaching

BrandNew Coaching is a coaching practice in Oisterwijk. Mia supports people who feel stuck, are looking for direction or want change, with attention to the mind, body and deeper ‘being’.

Coaching

The support starts with the question that feels most important at that moment. Client and coach explore what is going on together; the client remains in charge of their own process.

• Calm and clarity for a busy mind
• Attention to bodily signals, tension and fatigue
• Self-understanding, meaning and direction

Approach

Mia works from a holistic perspective and takes an individual approach suited to each person. The support focuses on patterns, beliefs and judgements, with room for new insights.
