Sportstudio De Boer is a sports studio in Obdam offering fitness, group classes, crosstraining, Hyrox, personal training, eGym and Reformer Pilates. The studio also offers massage chairs, massages, nutrition advice and coaching.

Fitness and training

There is space to train independently, and expert guidance is available. An individual training plan can be drawn up and adjusted every 6 to 8 weeks.

After exercising, visitors can use the massage chairs or book a massage. Exercise can be combined with nutrition advice and coaching.
