About Heal and Health

Heal & Health supports women in Nuland in building a strong, energetic and balanced body. The guidance combines exercise, nutrition and treatments, with extra attention to recovery, the pelvic floor and core around motherhood.

Services

The guidance focuses on lasting health, recovery, addressing complaints and taking preventive steps for health.

• Custom training programmes
• Sports massage
• Energy treatment
• Caesarean treatment
• Tailored nutrition advice

Treatments

The treatments are suited to what the body needs at that moment. The sports massage can combine techniques such as trigger point massage, cupping, guasha and medical taping.

• Sports massage for physical recovery and relaxation
• Energy treatment for relaxation and recovery
• Caesarean treatment with scar massage and, if appropriate, medicinal cups

Caesarean treatment

The treatment starts with an intake conversation and abdominal condition check. Afterwards, the client receives breathing tips, supplement advice and information about exercise and scar care at home.

• You can start from 6 to 8 weeks after the caesarean, once the scar has healed well on the outside and is closed.

Practical information

The practice is located on Pelgrimstraat in Nuland. You can register via the form, by phone or by email.
