Allergie Diëtisten Brabant

About Allergie Diëtisten Brabant

Allergie Diëtisten Brabant is a dietetics practice in Nuenen. The dietitians provide support for food sensitivities, including food allergies, intolerances, coeliac disease and digestive problems.

Support

Treatment is tailored to each person. After an initial meeting, the dietitian prepares a treatment plan and personal advice; follow-up consultations evaluate the diet and adjust it if needed.

• Information about food and diet
• Help determining the tolerance threshold
• Tips for labels, shopping and special occasions

Diagnostic elimination diet

If it is not yet clear which food allergens a person reacts to, a diagnostic elimination diet can be started. An evaluation usually follows after four to six weeks, and possibly a challenge; a therapeutic diet can then be put together.

Privacy and complaints

Conversations with a dietitian are treated confidentially. If you have a complaint, you can first contact the dietitian; if it cannot be resolved between you, a written complaint can be submitted to the Klachtenloket Paramedici (Paramedical Complaints Desk).
