Treatment usually consists of several consultations. The practice prepares personal nutrition advice and supports clients in changing their eating habits and lifestyle.

• First consultation: intake and discussion of personal circumstances, medical history, complaints and eating habits
• Follow-up consultations: discussion of treatment progress, any problems and practical advice

Practical information

A home visit is possible on request. Clients can also make an appointment without a referral; a referral letter may sometimes be needed for reimbursement.

About the dietitian

Astrid Loskamp graduated from the HBO (Dutch higher professional education) programme in Nutrition and Dietetics in 1994. She worked in a nursing home, gyms, at Nutricia and in home care in Nootdorp, among other places; she has had her own practice since 2009.
