Je Beste Zelf is a practice in Noordwijk for energy therapy, coaching and healing. Heidi van Paridon combines these approaches when supporting people with physical, emotional and energetic complaints.

Treatments

The treatments aim to resolve blockages in the energy system. The first treatment includes checking and restoring the chakras; afterwards, the body can be checked again for balance and specific complaints can be treated.

Approach
