Basic Procurement and Tendering Course

The course covers legislation and regulations, European tendering, procurement analyses and assessment methods, among other topics. It lasts four or five days and can also be organised in-company.

Practical information

The course takes place in Utrecht and runs from 10.00 to 16.30 uur. The five-day version includes a day on Internal Advisory Skills.

WIN advies, inkoop en organisatie was founded in 1998 by Fred Wijnhof. The Basic Procurement and Tendering Course has been taught since 2002.
