Approach

The intake appointment includes an introduction, discussion of eating and exercise habits, and a body analysis. A personal plan is then prepared; follow-up consultations focus on progress, knowledge and practical solutions.

Combined lifestyle intervention

In the region, the Beweegkuur programme is offered together with a multidisciplinary team. The programme runs for two years and includes an intake and several group sessions.

Consultations are available in person, online by video call or by telephone, and at home when there is a medical indication or specific request. Home visits are available in the area around Bennekom, Renkum, Arnhem and Lent.
