The practice treats adults with a range of concerns. An intake takes place first, after which a treatment plan is drawn up in consultation.

Treatment methods

Treatments use, among other things, methods that have been shown to be effective.

Approach

The intake consists of one or two conversations and a discussion of psychological questionnaires. Treatment usually lasts four to eleven sessions of 45 to 60 minutes; EMDR sessions can last 90 to 120 minutes.
