Inner Spring is a practice for mindful heartful yoga and coaching in Nijmegen. Moni Hubers offers classes, therapy, coaching and energy treatments for children, young people and adults.

Yoga and therapy

The services include holistic yoga for toddlers and children, teen yoga and yoga for adults. Mindful Heartful Children's Yoga combines yoga with mindfulness exercises and meditation.

Inner Spring offers heart attunement and intuitive coaching. Reiki can be given by laying on hands or remotely.
