Fitsmart Personal training offers personal training, nutrition guidance and coaching in Nijmegen. Training can take place in a gym, at home, outdoors or online.

Approach

Training is done at the client’s pace, and guidance is tailored to the individual. Small-group training is available for a regular group of 2 to 6 people.

Nutrition and coaching

Nutrition guidance takes activities, age, gender, weight and goals into account. Coaching can cover topics including stress, emotions, sleep and crisis management.

Practical information

For remote guidance, the client can come to Nijmegen once every six weeks for personal training and technique practice, or receive guidance entirely online.
