Die Eet & Sport is a dietetics practice with two locations in Nijmegen. The practice supports clients with questions about nutrition and health, and about nutrition and sports.

Guidance

The practice provides personalised nutrition advice tailored to each person’s circumstances and preferences. The guidance focuses on lifestyle changes that can also be maintained over the long term.

Specialisations

Annelies specialises in nutrition advice for a range of questions about health, eating behaviour and sports.

• Strength sports, such as crossfit, weightlifting and calisthenics

Skinfold measurement

A skinfold measurement uses the ISAK method to determine, among other things, weight, height, BMI, waist circumference, body fat percentage and body type. The client takes the results home.

About Annelies

Annelies van den Hoven is the face of the practice. She studied physical education and Nutrition & Dietetics and completed a post-HBO programme to become a sports dietitian.

Locations and appointments

The practice has two locations in Nijmegen: Radboud Sport & Cultuur and Salon Suites in the city centre. Individual guidance is available Monday to Friday; online guidance is also available.
