Artistic Movements is a dance studio in Nijmegen offering classes and workshops in pole dancing, dance, and aerial disciplines. Classes focus on strength, fitness, flexibility, and movement, in small groups with personal coaching.

Classes

Classes are available for different levels and body types. With a subscription, participants can take different classes; missed classes can be made up within four weeks.

Workshops

Approach

Classes consist of a warm-up, a main section with explanation and practice, and a cool-down. Instructors offer options for different levels and adapt the class to the group’s development.

Who it’s for

The studio welcomes participants of every level, body type, and group. It also offers classes for children aged 6 to 11 and for women aged 45 or older.

Practical information

The studio is located on Van Rosenburgweg in Nijmegen. You will need a bottle of water and a towel for class; yoga mats are provided.
