Anima Movens is a practice for psychosomatic physiotherapy in Nijmegen. The practice combines psychosomatic physiotherapy with focusing and supports people with physical complaints where tension, stress or emotions play a role.

Treatments

During sessions, the practice uses conversations and experience-based exercises, among other things. The support is tailored to the client’s situation and pace.

Approach

A programme starts with an intake conversation and moves through initial sessions and deeper work towards completion. An average of nine to twelve sessions is enough; the duration is agreed together.
