Impulse EMS Studio Nieuwegein

About Impulse EMS Studio Nieuwegein

Impulse EMS Studio Nieuwegein offers EMS training and EMS Body sculpt from studios in places including Nieuwegein and Nieuwegein. The EMS training consists of a 20-minute full-body workout with personal guidance.

EMS training

During EMS training, the participant wears a suit with electrodes that send mild electrical impulses to the muscles. The exercises are calm and controlled; a trainer sets the intensity individually.

• 20-minute full-body workout
• Strength, core and fitness in one session

EMS Body sculpt

EMS Body sculpt is a connective tissue treatment using gentler impulses than EMS training. The treatment focuses on the connective tissue beneath the skin and circulation.
