How it works

After the referral, you can get in touch to make an appointment. The practice is small-scale and uses questionnaires at the beginning and end of treatment.

The practice can only be visited by appointment. Contact is generally possible by phone or email from Monday to Thursday during working hours; email is preferred. For urgent help outside office hours, contact your GP or the regional out-of-hours GP service (huisartsenpost).
