About Hugo van der Geest
Hugo van der Geest offers systemic coaching in Naaldwijk. Together with clients, he explores which unconscious drives are holding back change, including in relation to family, relationships, work and health.
Systemic coaching
The coaching focuses on the core of a problem or question. In addition to talking, clients work with feelings and with objects or placemats to make parts of a case visible.
Possible topics
The support can focus on changes in personal, relationship, business or health-related situations.
- Family and relationships with children, siblings or parents
- Relationship or the desire for a relationship
- Work, colleagues, employer or career
- (Family) business
- Health and medical conditions
Approach
During a first session, the core of the case and the goal, wish or desire are explored. The case is viewed mainly from a systemic perspective, and work is done with the body. After the first session, it is discussed whether and how a follow-up would be suitable; this can be with Hugo or Agnetha Schaar.
Sessions
An appointment lasts around 75 to 90 minutes on average. There is a free 15-minute introductory conversation, online or by phone.
