Approach

Joining an existing small group usually requires three to five private sessions. A one-off intake/personal training session is required beforehand; participants can then move into a group if their technique and strength are sufficient.

• Maximum 8 participants per group
• Class length: 55 minutes
• Classes cancelled on time can be made up within the same month, subject to availability and by arrangement

Practical information

Memberships run for at least three months and are paid monthly by direct debit. Cancellation is possible one month before the membership ends.

About the owner

Erica Bakker opened her studio on Ossenmarkt in Muiden in July 2023. She says she started doing Pilates after injuries made her stop strength training and bootcamp.
