Approach

The coaching encourages moving from thinking to feeling. Sessions are tailored to the individual and take place outdoors as much as possible in Oranjezon nature reserve; coaching in the practice room at home is also possible.

Introductory meeting

An introductory meeting is free. An HSP programme lasts about three months and consists of four sessions of around an hour and a half, on average every two to three weeks.
