Christine Leedy teaches Dru Yoga and Dru meditation classes in Middelburg. Yoga classes take place at ’t Pand; the meditation classes are also held there.

Dru Yoga

The class begins with music and active movements, followed by Dru Yoga sequences with breath awareness, hand mudras, and positive affirmations. The class ends with guided relaxation and a short meditation.

Dru meditation

Meditation classes combine movement, breathing exercises, relaxation, and classical meditation techniques.

Who can attend

Everyone is welcome, young and old. Postures can be adapted and props may be used.

Practical information

Yoga mats, meditation cushions, and blankets are available at ’t Pand. Groups consist of six to a maximum of eight people. To book a trial class, you can contact Christine.
