Maxxed Motions offers gait analysis, personal training, and recovery training in Soest. The gait analysis looks at posture, rotation, symmetry, and gait pattern to identify compensation in movement.

Gait analysis

Max films the gait pattern on the treadmill and discusses the footage, posture photos, and findings. The gait analysis costs €40 after an introductory meeting.

Training and recovery

After the analysis, a focused follow-up with personal training or recovery training can be discussed. Max also offers personal training for people who want to get stronger and train more effectively.

Programme

If the analysis is followed by a complete 16-week programme, a breakthrough guarantee applies under certain conditions. Participants follow the plan and work towards a measurable difference in movement, control, or load capacity.
