Treatment methods

Sessions begin with an intake to establish the reason for seeking help. Treatment is tailored to the goals and may use cognitive behavioural therapy, ACT, art therapy, mindfulness and motivational interviewing.

About the psychologist

Birgit Veskioja is registered as a psychologist in the Netherlands and is a member of the Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen (Dutch Institute of Psychologists). She studied psychology and completed courses and training in counselling psychology, art therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and ACT.
