The coaching supports people in changing habits and working towards achievable health goals.

Approach

During coaching sessions, the coach and client work together on healthy goals. The first meeting, including the intake, lasts about an hour and a half; follow-up sessions last an hour.

About the coach

Movendo Leefstijlcoaching was started by Monique Donker. She completed the lifestyle coaching course at the Academie voor Leefstijl en Gezondheid.
