During a Silent Hands Discovery Session, the participant discovers a personal hand movement. The method is intended to release tension and emotional charge and to experience calm, clarity and resilience.

Practical information

The Silent Hands Discovery Session takes place at the practice in Maassluis and lasts up to two hours. A free discovery session is intended as an introduction and to discuss the support needed.
