• Dealing with fear of failure, loss and stress
• Return to work
• Making choices and gaining focus
• Balancing work and private life

Career coaching

In a career coaching programme, the client explores who they are, what they can do and what they want. Through assignments, experiential exercises and conversations, the programme looks at their talents, motivations and a suitable working environment.

• Career exploration
• Networking conversations
• Updating a LinkedIn profile
• Preparing a cover letter and CV
• Practising or conducting networking and job interviews

Approach

The coaching involves gaining insight into personal patterns, making space to reflect on them and practising new behaviour. The client receives feedback and decides together with Annelies whether additional support is needed.
