The practice is at Julianaplein 9 in Lunteren. Parking is available next door; the entrance is at the back of the building.

Cancellations and reimbursement

If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, the reserved time will not be charged. Treatment for diabetic and rheumatic feet may be reimbursed through health insurance; for diabetic foot care following a referral, a personal contribution may apply to parts that are not medically necessary.
