Therapy and coaching

Integrative psychosocial therapy can be provided individually, with a child or as a family. The guidance considers thoughts, the body, social and emotional aspects, and meaning and identity.

Fear-of-failure training

The training can be provided individually, in a group and in schools. In a number of sessions, participants learn to cope with debilitating fear.

Practical information

Sessions can take place at the practice, at school, at another location or online. An introductory meeting for coaching adults lasts about 30 minutes.
