About Shape Your Lifestyle

Shape Your Lifestyle is a contrast cryolipolysis studio in Lelystad. The treatment alternates heat and cold and is measured using an InBody scan.

Contrast cryolipolysis

The treatment targets a defined area with stubborn subcutaneous fat. Heat and cooling alternate without vacuum; a session lasts about 55 minutes.

• Treatment areas: abdomen, hips, upper arms, thighs, back, flanks, bra line, double chin and jawline
• Up to two areas can be treated per session
• A course consists of several sessions; the full effect is assessed at around twelve weeks

Approach

A course starts with a consultation and InBody scan. Measurements are repeated during the course and at the end; Yvette Siderius provides the consultation, treatment and aftercare.

• Consultation with a health questionnaire and discussion of expectations
• Body composition measurements using InBody
• Free, no-obligation consultation with InBody scan
